1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (toastwanderingbar.ca) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service or website.

2. Services and Alcohol Policy

Toast Wandering Bar provides mobile bartending services, bar rentals, and staffing. Please note:

• We do not sell alcohol. In compliance with Ontario laws, the client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol and obtaining a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) if the event is held on public property or a commercial venue.
• Our bartenders are Smart Serve certified and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age.

3. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

• A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your specific contract.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change until a deposit is paid and a contract is signed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability, though additional fees may apply. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided in your service contract.

5. Venue and Setup Requirements

The client must ensure the venue allows mobile bar trailers or carts and provides adequate space, level ground, and access to power (if required). We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide service due to venue restrictions or inadequate setup conditions.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Toast Wandering Bar is fully insured; however, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Toast Wandering Bar from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, including but not limited to the consumption of alcohol by guests.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by Toast Wandering Bar and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand, images, or content without explicit written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
