Do you provide the alcohol?
No, we do not supply alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased and provided by the event organizer under their own liquor license or permit. Toast The Wandering Bar provides the mobile bar setup, service staff, mixers, garnishes, and everything needed to serve — but we do not sell or transport alcohol. We’re happy to help you plan quantities and curate your drink menu!
What’s included with each package?
Each package includes bar setup, certified bartenders, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, ice, and more, depending on your package. You bring the alcohol, and we’ll bring the vibe.
Can I customize my drink menu?
Absolutely. We love helping clients create signature cocktails or themed menus. Let us know your faves, and we’ll make it delicious.
Do I need a liquor license?
Yes — you’ll need to secure your own liquor license or permit for the event. We’re fully Smart Serve Certified and can help guide you through the process.
How far do you travel?
We’re based in Simcoe County and happily serve events across Simcoe, Grey, Bruce, and Huron Counties. If you're a little outside that radius, reach out — we may still be able to roll in!
